Buddy Up - Thursday, September 18
The buddy system is a great way to keep yourself and friends on track. Why not plan an outing? Here are some ideas:
- Plan a picnic where everyone brings a healthy dish to pass, or meet at a restaurant that offers several healthy options
 - Sign up for a charity walk
 - Join in a game of softball or a mini tennis tournament
 - Set up a scavenger hunt, relay race, or orienteering course — fun events that require a lot of activity
 - Bike along a rail trail.
 
Physical activity can be more fun as a group — plus, you can encourage and inspire each other to reach your goals.
