  • List 20 things you’d like to do at some point in your life — today is the time to start
  • Drive to a different trail or neighborhood and go for a long walk
  • Rearrange your furniture — a new perspective on a familiar space can change your mood
  • Go to a restaurant you’ve never tried and choose a new healthy entree
  • Promise yourself that for every hour of activity you’ll be rewarded with 15 minutes of TV or computer time
  • Shop at a specialty grocery and pick out 3-4 fruits or vegetables you’ve never had
  • Sign up for a weekend basketball or volleyball league.
